Farali Sabudana Bhel

A friend of mine shared this yummy recipe, so I am very thankful to Hina Patel for sharing this delicious upvas vrat recipe. During Navratri, some people fast and eat only certain food. Sabudana(Tapioca Pearl) is very popular during fasting. Many recipes like Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Kheer, Sago Kesari can be prepared during Navratri fasting.
For this recipe, Sabudana, Potato or Sweet potato and Farali Chevda are the key ingredients. You can then jazz it up with some spices, sindhow Namak (Rock salt), red chili powder, green chili, cumin powder and so on. Farali chutneys like date tamarind, coriander mint can be prepared as well.
