    I enjoy your cooking and have tried many at home. Thanks for sharing all your recipes. You are amazing. By the way I conduct vegan cooking classes at home.

    I just want to let you know about varak how it is prepared. They use cows intestine to beat a small quantity of silver to make into very thin foil. I request anyone not to use this. Definitely we can not offer this to god. Also silver is not good for our body. Hope you don’t mind me sharing this information to you.
