Paneer Stuffed Aloo Tikkis

Variety of Tikkis are made. Plain aloo tikkis are easy to make. Just boil the potatoes, mash, shape into patties and shallow or deep fry. And if one feel like making elaborate recipe like me, can stuff the tikkis. Tikkis can be stuffed with peas, panner (Indian cottage cheese), or your favorite ingredients.
