Vegetable Momo

Vegetable momo is a Nepali recipe. Usually meat is used to stuff these momos but I make typical Indian stuffing such as some fresh vegetables or sometimes, I add paneer as well. Momos can be steamed or fried. Steamed one are healthier but if you are looking for crunchy texture of these momos, you can fry. If you don’t want to deep fry, you can pan fry them. They can be prepared in different shapes as well but half moon or dumpling style is popular to wrap this momos. I went to one of the Food festival and there they had these momos coated with chilli sauce….very yummy. Loved it. I tried couple of times now at home so I thought of sharing with others.
