1small maggie/knorr soup cube packet mixed with water
1tbspvinegar
¼tspcrushed pepper
salt to taste
4-5tbspoil
1tbspCornflour mixed with ¼ cup water
For the topping(Optional)
Finely chopped spring onion
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Crispy noodles can be bought or parboil your favorite noodles and fry.
For the veggies:
Heat 4 tbsps oil in a large pan. Add the ginger-garlic.
Saute for a 30 seconds.
Now add the veggies except the bell pepper and cabbage.
Stir fry for a minute.
Add the chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar.
Now add the cabbage and bell pepper.
Sauté for a 30 seconds and add the tomato paste/sauce.
Season with salt pepper.
Let boil well.
Now add the corn flour mixed with water.
Stir and remove from heat.
To serve:
Take a serving dish or plate. Spread in the crispy noodles.
Pour vegetables mixture over the noodles generously.
Top with spring onion greens.
Serve immediately with extra chilies in vinegar and chili sauce.
Note: You can also make the recipe with cooked soft hakka noodles. You can also top the dish with a half fry egg ( sunny side up ) instead of an omlette.
