Long/short grain Rice
Or just one kind of rice can be used

Black Gram
Split & Skinless (Urad Dal)

Poha
Beaten Rice (optional)

Chana Dal
Bengal Gram, split & Skinless- optional

Fenugreek Seeds
Methi
Instructions
Mix all ingredient together in a big mixing bowl.
Using dry grinder or burr mill, grind and store in a air tight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
