Wash the black beans and add into the cosori inner pot.
Add water, salt and close the lid with vent sealed.
Set the Cosori to Beans function or manually for 35 minutes.
When done, allow the pressure to release and open carefully.
Drain black beans and keep aside to let it cool.
When the black beans has cooled, into the food processor, throw the remaining ingredients like corn, almond meal, flax meal, chili paste, and garlic except oil(Keep oil on the side to use for frying the burgers) and blend to a coarse mixture.
Now, heat up the pan on low to medium heat and add oil.
Shallow fry the burgers lightly on each side for about 3-5 minutes.
When done, serve on buns or pita topped with salsa and avocado.
