Ingredients
Chapati- 6 cut into thin strips
Onion- 1 large finelt sliced
Tomato-3 chopped finely
Carrot-1 cut into lengthwise
Green chilli-2
Soy Sauce-1 tblspn
Coriander Powder / Malli – 1 tblspn
Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi-1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves / Cilantro for garnishing
Oil – 1 tblspn
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or kadai. Add onions and green chilli and fry for 3 mins.
Add carrots and cook for 5 mins till they are half cooked.
Add tomatoes..Cook this till it turn mushy, it will take around 5 mins.
Season with salt, Add all spice powders and mix well.
Add some soy sauce and mix well. Now add in cut up chapatti and mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot or put in lunch box.
