There are many ways to live life — there is no right or wrong. However, some of us believe in living a life full of passion. It is an energy source for living an inspired life that is driven by purposeful action.

Have you ever thought about how amazing your life would be if you live your passion every day? The day I realized that life is not to keep on complaining about what you don’t have but rather to enjoy with what you have, I decided that I want to fill my life with activities that keeps me happy. My life is definitely full of activities. My passion for food, fitness, travel, fashion, gardening and more keeps me going and keep me motivated.

Passion powers a lifetime of dreams. And if you don’t know what you are passionate about, you will live a boring life and you will never perform at your best. When you are passionate, you can inspire others to feel better about life and themselves. You want to inspire others to do more, be more, and achieve more. … As you are someone who lives with passion and finds happiness and life’s joy through it, you want to inspire others to feel the same way. I personally feels so great when I can help someone. Attitude is paramount as it relates to whether you live a life full of passion and purpose or one of regret and resentment. 

passion gives you a reason to keep learning and to work toward mastery. It canoften give you a reason to travel, and therefore to have the new experiences so key to happiness. It gives you something in common with other people, and so fosters social bonds. It gives you purpose.

If you need some inspiration to start, let me share my passion with you to give you an idea where to start. I love trying different things in my life. I am not a singer or dancer but I still sing and dance! So don’t limit yourself to do things you love.

I love to prepare exotic vegetarian cuisine recipes from all around the world with a hint of Indian flavor…..I truly believe that good food brings family and friends together. It doesn’t have to be elaborate but simple yet inviting.

Yoga/Exercise is amazing, from the inside out. I feel so alive and energetic. Good food brings positive feelings but at the same time, we may gain some extra fat and to avoid that after eating all yummy food, fitness is must and I keep myself fit by doing regular yoga and walk.

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Regular physical activity improves your brain health, helps with weight management, reduces disease, strengthens bones and muscles, and Improve Your Ability to do Daily Activities and Prevent Falls

Everyday is a fashion show and world is your runway. So always dress your best and walk with confidence! To me personally, fashion is not just about being a glamorous or sort diva look. I believe in simplicity. Sober, calm looking fashion I thrive for.

Every travel journey is a life-enriching experience. I believe that travel should be about more than “just looking” – and that every journey should be a life-enriching experience. I was born and brought up in a very tiny village where my journey began and who knew I would be able to travel all the way to Antarctica!

When you travel, you meet new people, cultures, experience new things, embark on all sorts of adventures (good and bad), and perhaps even redefine your meaning of life. Because you are learning and gaining information from new places and people, travelcan also shape you into a better, more well rounded person.

Traveling is a very crucial part of life as it is the best way to get out of the busy schedule. To me personally, gardening is like connecting myself with nature. In addition to providing nutritious veggies and fruits for my dinner table and beautiful flowers to decorate it, gardening may offers a variety of health benefits like exposure to vitamin D, decreased dementia risk. mood-boosting benefits, enjoyable aerobic exercise, helps combat loneliness.

Now, think, when we live our life with passion and purpose, it is not just benefiting one person but it enhances many other lives around you.
