Too busy to prepare healthy food? Here is a deliciously rich keto Chocolate Shake that can be used as snack or meal replacement on a low carb or keto plan. Ready to go in five minutes.
- 1 cup milk of your choice Dairy or Non-dairy
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter powder or unsweetened peanut butter other nut butter like almond, cashew butter can be used
- 5 drops SweetLeaf stevia drops or other Keto friendly sweetener to taste
- dash sea salt
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until well combined and frothy.
Note: Those who don't like raw cocoa powder like me, boil milk with cocoa powder and keep refrigerated to use anytime in recipes.
