Keto Chocolate Shake

  • 1 cup milk of your choice Dairy or Non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter powder or unsweetened peanut butter other nut butter like almond, cashew butter can be used
  • 5 drops SweetLeaf stevia drops or other Keto friendly sweetener to taste
  • dash sea salt
  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until well combined and frothy.
  3. Enjoy!

Note: Those who don't like raw cocoa powder like me, boil milk with cocoa powder and keep refrigerated to use anytime in recipes.
