This dish can be made with macaroni or Noodles. Check out other recipe made with noodles. If you make with noodles then you will be able to get crispy texture.
- 1 cup Macaroni
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger-garlic
- 1 carrot cut into strips
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- ¼ cup mushrooms slices
- ¼ cup sliced green bell pepper
- ½ cup diagonaly cut spring onions
- Onion -1
- Tomatoes - 1
- Tomato sauce - 6 tsp
- Hot and sweet sauce - 3 tsp or mixture of 2- 3 tbsp chili sauce , 2 tbsp soya sauce,
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup
Heat 6 tsp of oil in a pan and add the cut onions, ginger-garlic and fry them until they are brown , and then add the tomatoes and then add the bell pepper and onion and other vegetables except spring onion, then add the sauces and let it simmer for about 10 minutes and then add 1 tsp of salt. Sprinkle spring onion
Deep fry the macaroni or you can cook them with enough water and salt
and drain them. Then mix it with the sauce.
