This Parfait is great for breakfast, healthy dessert or just have it anytime like I do! I sometimes eat Parfait for light lunch….
So how do I layer?
Start with plain yogurt. Take about 1/4 cup of plain yogurt in a parfait cup.(calcium) Next, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Add 1-2 tbsp Peanut Butter( protein)
Then,1/4 cup of Granola cereal. My favorite is mango ginger. Last, layer with cubes of Mango.
Bonus: Don’t forget to throw some chocolate chip in it.
