Sunrise or sun up is the instant at which the upper edge of the Sun appears over the horizon in the morning. The term can also refer to the entire process of the Sun crossing the horizon and its accompanying atmospheric effects.
I simply love the morning scenic view from my backyard while I Yoga. It is just amazing to hear bird chirping and pleasant breeze! The picture below is not my backyard but at the lake…
During summer, Mango is my favorite fruit and simply love to prepare some exotic drinks. And whatever I observe in surrounded nature, I love to blend in my recipes. Eat colorful, look colorful and feel colorful!
I can find two kinds of mango easily at my supermarket. Kent and Champaign. Each mango has a unique flavor & texture based on the variety of mangoes. My favorite is Champaign as it taste amazing and easy to pulp out while the kent variety is more fibrous textured and so I have to use strainer to pulp out.
Below you can watch the video to prepare the refreshing, yummy drink, I call it Mango or Sunrise Mist…
You won’t believe how simple it is to prepare this recipe. And if you prepare this during little get-together, party or picnic, it will be a hit for sure..I usually pulp out mango in bulk and freeze for later use so I can prepare drinks quickly anytime I want. Now, the key to prepare this kind of drink is using soda, you can use your favorite soda, even club soda will work but I love to use Fanta for this recipe. Soda or sparkling water helps to create those layers. You can jazz it up however you like, You can also throw some strawberry pieces into it or mint and so on…or strawberry pulp at the bottom and then mango on top.
