Bread Pinwheels or Roll Ups

My older son Dhruv call these Bread Pinwheels or Roll ups a Bread Sushi. One could say Sandwich Roll ups as well. One simple recipe but endless possibilities. You can use your favorite bread variety and fillings. My kids usually take these rolls to school so I kind of prepare Sandwich Roll ups. For stuffing, I use Cheese, hummus, vegetables, fruits, Jams, Jelly, nut butter, greens, almost anything that you can think of.
To prepare these roll ups bread slice needs to be rolled into thin sheets and then use it as a wrapper. If desired, roll ups can be baked for crispy texture.
