Chatpata Chaat Anytime – Bombay Chaat

Chatpata Chat Anytime Chaat Crowd Big Batch Cooking Video Recipe

(Tips for Indian Street Style Food at Home)

Leftovers are part of food life and I love to make use of leftovers to prepare totally new unique yummy dish. This chat recipe is the combination of aloo chana and delhi chaat.

I prefer to cook in big batches and refrigerate or freeze for later use to make kitchen life lot more easier. For example, boiled beans in freezer to pair up with some leftover steamed/boiled/potatoes. I make chutneys in bulk and freeze in portions to use in recipes anytime I crave for chat. Khajur Imli Gur chutney and dhaniya pudina chutney freeze well so I make in a huge quantity to serve my family of Six!

These days, I use Instant Pot Electric presser cooker to cook multiple recipes at once. For example, I boil beans and steam potatoes at the same time if I want to prepare chaat for the crowd. Instead of Papdi, I fry tortillas for the short cut method and trust me, taste amazing(better than Papdi) to me personally.
