Kesar Pista Kulfi
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk.
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 cups cream (whipped)
- ½ cup chopped nuts (pista)
- 1 pinch saffron(Use powdered saffron or dissolve in hot milk
Instructions
- Take a pot and mix evaporated milk, condensed milk and whipped cream with the hand
- grinder (mixer grinder)
- Now mix pista and saffron powder in it
- Put into a air sealed container and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
