Roomali Roti

Make great Roomali Rotis with less efforts and if you happen to have some left over Roomali Rotis, make use of that and prepare delicious Masala Papad Chaat.

Roomali Roti Masala Papad

Ingredients

  • FOR THE ROOMALI MASALA PAPAD
  • Left over Roomali Rotis
  • Garlic chutney 1 Teaspoon (As needed)
  • Red onion 1/2 Medium , chopped finely (As needed)
  • Tomaotes 1 Medium , chopped finely (As needed)
  • Red bell pepper 1/4 Medium , chopped finely (As needed)
  • Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon , chopped finely (As needed)

Instructions

MAKING

  • 1. Take a pan, lightly smeared with a little oil and heat it up at medium low.
  • 2. Place one roomali roti on it, and warm it until crispy.
  • 3. Once crispy, remove it form the pan and spread a little garlic chutney or any chutney of your choice, followed by sprinkles of the finely chopped onion, tomato and fresh coriander leaves.

SERVING

  • 4. Serve fresh.
