Tiramisu, literally “pick me up”, is an Italian cake and dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks(I use whipped cream) and mascarpone, and flavored with liquor(I simly skip) and cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of puddings, cakes and other desserts
Tiramisu can be ready in 3-5 hours but it is suggested to referigerate overnight but I can't wait that long so I am usually ready to eat in 3 hours.
