I grew up where making khichu in the breakfast is very common. Different flours are used for variations such as Jowar(Milo), Bajra(Millet), Makai or Makki(Corn) Chawal(Rice) flours. Sometimes, vegetables can be added as well. Saute vegetable and and flour to make Khichus. Here I am posting video for Jowar Khichu to give you an idea.

Hi bhavna you have got a nice collection of recipes from which I choose to make my everyday dinner. It’s so owesum to try something different everyday and my hubby loves it. Just requesting you to put onion Debra recipe if you got it. If I remember correctly my mother in law used to use wheat flour dahi chillies ginger salt and grated onion only. I’m not sure whether she used bhajra flour of not. It would be a great if you can put it up. Looking forward to hear from you.
