This carrot pickle is quick and easy to prepare. Just mix ingredients and pickle is ready in no time. If you don’t have Split Mustard seeds, you can use ground fenugreek seeds(Methi) for this recipe.

Ingredients
1cupMacaroni
1tbspfinely chopped ginger-garlic
1carrot cut into strips
1cupcabbage shredded
¼cupmushrooms slices
¼cupsliced green bell pepper
½cupdiagonaly cut spring onions
Onion -1
Tomatoes - 1
Tomato sauce - 6 tsp
Hot and sweet sauce - 3 tsp or mixture of 2- 3 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce,
3tbsptomato sauce/ketchup
Instructions
Heat 6 tsp of oil in a pan and add the cut onions, ginger-garlic and fry them until they are brown , and then add the tomatoes and then add the bell pepper and onion and other vegetables except spring onion, then add the sauces and let it simmer for about 10 minutes and then add 1 tsp of salt. Sprinkle spring onion
Deep fry the macaroni or you can cook them with enough water and salt
