Scored Baked Potatoes

This is my new style of baking potatoes these days. Learn how to make the BEST baked potato recipe — crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and super delicious.

Ever since I started using an Air Fryer, I love to bake potatoes. Don’t worry, if you don’t have an air fryer, simply bake in the oven. Be sure to season well to your potatoes for the best taste. Below is the video instructions for making Scored Baked Potatoes.

To bake in the Oven, place potatoes in a shallow baking dish. Brush potatoes with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with remaining butter.
