Ingredients
- Cornstarch/Potato starch 2 Tablespoon
- Tapioca starch 1 Tablespoon
- Besan/Soy protein powder 1 Tablespoon
- Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
- Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cream of tartar 1/4 Pinch (or pinch of citric acid)
Instructions
MAKING:
- In a bowl, add in all the ingredients and whisk well. Store in an airtight container.
SERVING:
- Use this in cake or pastries instead of eggs and enjoy.
- To replace one egg, use 3 tsp Egg replace powder
