Ingredients

  • Cornstarch/Potato starch 2 Tablespoon
  • Tapioca starch 1 Tablespoon
  • Besan/Soy protein powder 1 Tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cream of tartar 1/4 Pinch (or pinch of citric acid)

Instructions

MAKING:

  • In a bowl, add in all the ingredients and whisk well. Store in an airtight container.

SERVING:

  • Use this in cake or pastries instead of eggs and enjoy.
  • To replace one egg, use 3 tsp Egg replace powder
