Tiramisu, literally “pick me up”, is an Italian cake and dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks(I use whipped cream) and mascarpone, and flavored with liquor(I simly skip) and cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of puddings, cakes and other desserts

Instructions
Tiramisu can be ready in 3-5 hours but it is suggested to referigerate overnight but I can't wait that long so I am usually ready to eat in 3 hours.
Servings: 1 9X9 inch tray
Combine Mascarpone(or egg yolks) and sugar and whip.
Add whipped cream to abouve whipped mixutre. Fold in slowly until combined and set aside.
Take lady finger biscuits and dip or brush with coffee. Spoon half of the cream filling over the lady fingers. Repeat ladyfingers, coffee and filling layers. Garnish with cocoa and chocolate curls. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
To make the chocolate curls, use a vegetable peeler and run it down the edge of the chocolate bar. Or just use grated chocolate.
